StrataOps

Fractional RevOps · one outcome: predictable revenue

How I help

Everything I do points at one outcome: predictable revenue you can forecast with confidence. Below is what I help with, and the three ways we can work together. You can start small with an audit and scale from there.

What I help with

Four areas, each aimed at a business result rather than a list of software features.

Strategy and alignment

Getting sales, marketing and delivery pointed at the same goals, with shared definitions and shared numbers.

The result: less friction between teams, a go-to-market plan everyone actually follows, and KPIs that mean the same thing in every meeting.

Technology and tools

Auditing, tidying and where needed rebuilding your CRM and the tools around it, then connecting them so data flows instead of sitting in silos.

The result: a HubSpot or Salesforce you can trust, less manual re-keying, and reps who spend their time selling rather than fighting the system.

Data and insights

Turning messy records into clean, reliable reporting: pipeline health, conversion, forecasting and a board pack that comes straight from the CRM.

The result: a forecast you can stake a decision on, and an end to evenings lost to spreadsheet archaeology.

Enablement

Making sure the new systems actually stick, by training your team on the processes and handing over clear documentation.

The result: your people confidently run what I've built, long after I've stepped back. Great tools are worthless if nobody uses them.

Three ways to work together

However we start, you get one senior person doing the work, and an arrangement you can shape as you go.

The Audit

The easiest place to start. A relaxed, thorough review of your CRM, pipeline, data and follow-up, ending in a scored report out of 100 and a prioritised list of fixes you own outright, whether we carry on together or not. Most audits also turn up at least one deal worth reviving, which can pay for the whole thing several times over.

Implementation sprints

The Project

Fixed pieces of work, delivered in two-week cycles. We agree the priorities on Monday and ship something real by Friday: a rebuilt pipeline, a live dashboard, a working automation, a cleaned-up database. Billed as we go, paused or stopped whenever suits you. Ideal for a CRM rebuild, a migration, or clearing the backlog from your audit.

Fractional RevOps leadership

Ongoing

A rolling two, four or six days a month: senior RevOps leadership on tap, without the full-time salary. Each month you get a board-ready reporting pack, a pipeline review with your MD, and steady improvement to your systems. This is the long-term arrangement for teams who want a commercial engine that keeps getting better.

What you can expect from me

You get the senior, every time. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it.

The tool follows your needs. HubSpot expert, comfortable across Dynamics, Salesforce and Zoho. I recommend what suits your business.

You can stop. No fixed-price scope locked in upfront, no minimum term. We work against a plan you can see and reorder.

It's built to be handed over. I document as I go, so your team can run everything without me. The goal is to leave you stronger, not dependent.

How pricing works

I charge for my time against a clear, visible plan you help shape. Day-rate based, quoted before we start, invoiced against the cycles we actually run. I keep it transparent on purpose, so you always know what you're paying for and why. Happy to talk numbers on a first call.

Where I add the most value

I'm at my best with technical B2B companies on longer sales cycles who want their commercial systems done properly. If your real need is high-volume cold outbound, paid ads or B2C, I'm probably not the right person, and I'll gladly point you toward someone who is.

Questions worth answering

What is RevOps?

Revenue operations is about getting sales, marketing and delivery working from one clear picture: one CRM, one set of numbers and one view of the customer journey, so revenue stops depending on who remembers what. In practice it is the systems underneath your commercial team: pipeline, data, reporting and automation.

What does a fractional RevOps leader actually cost?

Far less than the full-time equivalent. A permanent RevOps or commercial operations hire is a six-figure salary plus recruitment and ramp-up. Fractional gives you the same senior expertise for a few days a month, quoted openly before we start, and scaled up or down as your needs change.

I already have HubSpot. Do I still need help?

Often, yes, and not because HubSpot is the problem. HubSpot is a great tool; RevOps is the design and discipline that makes it earn its keep. The audit tells you whether you have a tool question or a system question, before you spend anything on either.

How quickly will I see something useful?

Fast. The first fortnight always delivers something you can feel: a revived deal, a cleaner database, or a dashboard your MD checks every Monday.

Which CRMs do you work with?

HubSpot at expert level, and I'm comfortable across Dynamics, Salesforce and Zoho. The right tool follows the diagnosis.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I'm Cornwall-based and remote-first across the UK, with in-person time wherever it's genuinely useful.
