StrataOps

You've built something worth scaling. I make the commercial engine keep up.

I'm Chris Wright, the person behind StrataOps. You know your product and your market better than anyone. My job is to make sure your CRM, data and pipeline can carry that growth instead of holding it back.

Why I started StrataOps

I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant technical companies growing fast, held back by commercial systems that couldn't keep up. The CRM had become a museum of half-finished ideas, the data couldn't be trusted, and the founder was carrying the whole pipeline in their head.

These companies didn't need a six-figure full-time RevOps hire, and most weren't ready for one. What they needed was someone senior who could come in, fix the systems properly and leave them stronger. So that's what I built StrataOps to do.

Why founders trust me with their systems

Handing over your CRM and your data takes trust, so here's what I bring to it.

Ten years building these systems.

CRM architecture, journey analytics, automation and the reporting boards run on, including the systems behind eight-figure, long-cycle pipelines.

Both sides of the table.

I've carried a sales quota as well as built the tools, so I understand what the numbers feel like to the people relying on them, not just how they're wired up.

Deep tool expertise.

HubSpot at expert level (with the HubSpot RevOps certification in progress), and comfortable across Salesforce, Dynamics and Zoho. I recommend what suits you, not what I'm certified in.

I build to hand over.

The best compliment I get is that a system I built is still running smoothly months after I stepped back.

How I like to work

One person, start to finish. You deal with me throughout, so you always know exactly who is doing your work and why.

Small, visible steps. We work against a clear plan you can see and reorder. You control the pace and the spend.

Honest, always. If something isn't worth doing, I'll say so, even when it means less work for me. Trust matters more to me than a bigger invoice.

A little about me

I'm based in Cornwall and work remotely with clients across the UK. I genuinely enjoy this stuff: I run my own servers and automation at home, mostly for the fun of it. In 2023 I walked the 630-mile South West Coast Path in 42 days and raised over £4,000 for cancer charities, which taught me plenty about doing hard things one steady day at a time. That's roughly how I approach client work too.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear what you're wrestling with.
